Thing #5

Twitter - what can I say. I really don't like it. I think its kinda a personal thing. I share my opinion about things that go on during my day but its just too much. Some of the post can be informative but most are just silly. I can maybe see that this can help the library if we have an account specifically for the library. That we send out posts of the different happenings it just seems to be an individual thing. My opinion.

Thing # 4

Picture Sharing is something that can definately be useful to a library. Updating the website with pictures of the displays or events will draw more people. I think it will help get rid of the stereotype that libraries are boring. I have a shutterfly account that helps me share my photos with my friends and family. I like having it because it keeps me connected.

Signed up for google reader and I think its great. I went back to ckeck on the different blogs I subscribed to and got a lot of good tips. I love it.
